Zin om aan de slag te gaan binnen een boekhoudkantoor dat onderdeel is van een sterke en ambitieuze groep waarvan de kantoren afzonderlijk wel onafhankelijk blijven?

Bij dit boekhoudkantoor in Lochristi maak je deel uit van een professioneel boekhoudkantoor binnen een samenwerkingsverband tussen 5 onafhankelijke kantoren. Elk kantoor behoudt zijn eigenheid en aandeelhouderschap, maar geniet tegelijk van de voordelen van een grotere organisatie: competitieve lonen, bedrijfswagens, doorgedreven digitalisering en ondersteuning op vlak van IT, loonadministratie en opleidingen.

We zijn een introvert, gefocust team van 12 medewerkers, met een gezonde mix van junioren, mediors, senioren, managers en een zaakvoerder. We bouwen samen aan duurzame, organische groei, en zoeken daarom versterking.

Een grote meerwaarde binnen onze werking is de sterke omkadering door een professioneel HR-team. Dit zorgt voor een gestructureerde opvolging, heldere communicatie, doorgroeitrajecten en ondersteuning op maat. Onze groep telt intussen 100 medewerkers, met de ambitie om uit te breiden naar 10 kantoren. Innovatie, kwaliteit en topservice staan centraal.

Wat ga je doen?

Als junior dossierbeheerder:

  • Sta je in voor de boekhoudkundige verwerking van dossiers, het voorbereiden van btw-aangiftes, jaarafsluitingen en fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Neem je deel aan digitale groepsopleidingen om je technische en soft skills te versterken.
  • Ondersteun je bij eindbesprekingen met klanten, samen met de manager.
  • Werk je met de nieuwste tools zoals Silverfin, ClearFacts en Winbooks.
  • Word je begeleid en opgeleid om snel te groeien in je rol.

Je bouwt stap voor stap aan je eigen klantenportefeuille, en krijgt ruimte om te kiezen welk type dossiers je het liefst behartigt.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een vergelijkbare economische opleiding.
  • Minimaal 1 à 2 jaar ervaring in boekhouding of accountancy.
  • Ambitie om op termijn meer klantencontact op te nemen en door te groeien naar een adviserende rol.
  • Zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en de drive om je kennis te blijven verdiepen.
  • Interesse in digitalisering en efficiënt werken met moderne tools.
  • Discretie, nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail.
  • Leergierigheid, teamgeest en respect voor het rustige karakter van ons team.
