Tussen het groen, de stad en de Vaart, vlak bij de iconische Remy Tower in Wijgmaal, bevindt zich een accountantskantoor met meer dan 30 medewerkers. Voor deze vestiging zoeken ze een ervaren Manager Accountancy die graag zelfstandig dossiers beheert, klanten adviseert en zijn of haar expertise deelt met collega's.

Het kantoor kent een gestage en gezonde groei en combineert een professionele werking met een persoonlijke aanpak. Dankzij een gevarieerde klantenportefeuille krijg je de kans om inhoudelijk betrokken te blijven bij je dossiers, klantenrelaties op te bouwen en mee te werken aan de verdere ontwikkeling van collega's.

Jouw rol

Als Manager Accountancy neem je een verantwoordelijke functie op waarin dossierbeheer, klantenadvies en begeleiding samenkomen.

  • Je beheert je eigen dossiers van A tot Z en waakt over een correcte boekhoudkundige en fiscale opvolging.
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten en bouwt duurzame vertrouwensrelaties op.
  • Je bespreekt cijfers en resultaten met ondernemers en denkt actief mee over fiscale optimalisaties en financiële vraagstukken.
  • Je beheert een gevarieerde klantenportefeuille, waardoor je in aanraking komt met uiteenlopende sectoren en uitdagingen.
  • Je begeleidt minder ervaren collega's en helpt hen groeien in hun kennis en zelfstandigheid.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de vennoten en krijgt het vertrouwen om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen de dagelijkse werking.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een Master in een relevante richting.
  • Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring binnen een accountants- of fiduciair kantoor.
  • Je hebt een stevige kennis van boekhouding en fiscaliteit en kan zelfstandig dossiers beheren.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en denkt verder dan de cijfers alleen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en weet complexe materie op een heldere manier toe te lichten.
  • Je haalt voldoening uit het begeleiden en ondersteunen van collega's.
  • Een ITAA-titel is een pluspunt. Is je stage nog lopende, dan krijg je de nodige ondersteuning om deze succesvol af te ronden.
