Notre client est un établissement hôtelier haut de gamme situé à Bruxelles et membre d'un groupe hôtelier international. Il accueille une clientèle internationale venue pour les affaires, les événements ou les loisirs, et propose une offre complète d'hébergement, de restauration et d'événements.

Ici, le sens du détail et la qualité du service guident chaque équipe, y compris la finance. Pour renforcer son département financier, l'établissement recherche un(e) Medior Accountant qui souhaite rejoindre un environnement international et dynamique.

  1. Votre rôle

Rattaché(e) au Finance Manager, vous contribuez à la fiabilité des chiffres de l'hôtel et au reporting vers le groupe. Vos responsabilités :

  • Comptabilité générale : passer et contrôler les écritures, notamment les provisions, les charges à reporter et les produits à recevoir.
  • Clôtures : préparer les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles dans les délais du groupe.
  • Reporting groupe : préparer les états financiers et les rapports selon les normes US GAAP et IFRS, et assurer la cohérence avec les comptes statutaires belges.
  • Réconciliations : réconcilier les comptes bancaires, les comptes de bilan, les comptes intercompagnies et les comptes clients.
  • Contrôle des revenus : vérifier les recettes quotidiennes (hébergement, restauration, événements) en lien avec l'équipe d'audit des revenus.
  • Fournisseurs et clients : superviser le traitement des factures fournisseurs et le suivi des créances des clients corporate et événementiels.
  • Immobilisations et stocks : suivre les investissements, les amortissements et la valorisation des stocks de restauration et de boissons.
  • TVA et audit : préparer les déclarations TVA, accompagner les audits internes et externes, et contribuer aux exercices de budget et de prévisions.
  1. Votre profil
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier ou d'un master en comptabilité, en finance ou dans un domaine équivalent.
  • Vous avez environ 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, idéalement au sein d'un groupe hotelier.
  • Vous avez une expérience concrète du reporting selon les normes US GAAP et/ou IFRS.
  • Vous parlez couramment l'anglais et le français.
  • Vous maîtrisez Excel à un niveau avancé et êtes à l'aise avec un ERP. Une expérience dans l'hôtellerie ou le secteur des services est un plus.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se), fiable et organisé(e), et vous gardez le sens des priorités lors des clôtures.
  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe, dans un environnement multiculturel où le service est au cœur de tout.
