Wie zijn wij?

Ons dynamisch accountancykantoor in Wetteren bestaat uit een gedreven team van een 30-tal medewerkers die elke dag het verschil maken voor ondernemers. We begeleiden voornamelijk kmo's uit uiteenlopende sectoren en bouwen met onze klanten aan langdurige samenwerkingen gebaseerd op vertrouwen, kwaliteit en persoonlijk advies.

Dankzij een sterk digitale werking verlopen administratieve processen efficiënt en gestructureerd. Daardoor krijg jij de ruimte om je te focussen op wat écht belangrijk is: kwalitatieve begeleiding, fiscaal advies en het uitbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties.

Jouw uitdaging als Medior Dossierbeheerder

Binnen deze functie neem je een centrale positie in binnen het kantoor. Je beheert jouw dossiers volledig zelfstandig en bent een betrouwbare sparringpartner voor klanten én collega's.

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket met veel autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid:

  • Volledig beheer van boekhoudkundige dossiers van A tot Z
  • Opvolging van vennootschappen, eenmanszaken en kmo-structuren
  • Opmaak, controle en indiening van fiscale aangiftes:
  • personenbelasting
  • vennootschapsbelasting
  • btw-aangiftes
  • Voorbereiden van jaarafsluitingen en balansen
  • Adviseren van klanten rond fiscale optimalisaties en financiële vraagstukken
  • Begeleiden van klanten tijdens besprekingen en strategische overlegmomenten
  • Nazicht en ondersteuning van dossiers beheerd door junior collega's
  • Actief meedenken over optimalisaties binnen processen en dienstverlening

Je bent dus veel meer dan enkel een dossierbeheerder: je groeit uit tot een echte vertrouwenspersoon voor jouw klanten.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen accountancy of fiscaliteit
  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma in accountancy-fiscaliteit of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met klanten
  • Je denkt analytisch en zoekt graag naar oplossingen en optimalisaties
  • Je bent collegiaal ingesteld en ondersteunt graag andere teamleden
  • Je hebt ambitie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een kwalitatieve kantooromgeving

Ervaring met digitale boekhoudpakketten en moderne software is uiteraard een sterke troef.
