Wie wij zijn

Al meer dan 25 jaar staan we bekend als een betrouwbare en professionele speler in de accountancy- en consultancywereld. Vanuit onze vestigingen in Zulte en Sint-Denijs-Westrem (Gent) begeleiden we een divers klantenbestand - van ambitieuze kmo's tot grotere ondernemingen - met heldere, proactieve oplossingen.

Ons team bestaat uit een mix van ervaring en jong talent, en we geloven sterk in samenwerking, kennisdeling en continue ontwikkeling. Opleidingen aan gerenommeerde business schools, ITAA-stagebegeleiding en regelmatige bijscholingen zijn dan ook vaste waarden binnen onze organisatie.

Wat ga je doen als partner?

Als partner of vennoot neem je een sleutelrol op in de verdere uitbouw van ons kantoor. Je denkt strategisch mee over de toekomst, ontwikkelt groeikansen en bewaakt mee de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening. Je begeleidt klanten op hoog niveau, bouwt langdurige relaties uit en neemt een coachende rol op voor de collega's in het team.

Je krijgt de ruimte en verantwoordelijkheid om je eigen accenten te leggen - of dat nu ligt bij klantenrelaties, interne processen of het ontwikkelen van nieuwe diensten. Wat telt, is je ambitie om samen met ons kantoor vooruit te gaan.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

We zijn op zoek naar een ITAA-lid met minstens 10 jaar ervaring in de accountancy. Je beschikt over een sterk professioneel netwerk en hebt de juiste mix van technische expertise, communicatieve kracht en strategisch inzicht. Je weet complexe materie helder over te brengen, werkt proactief en denkt in oplossingen. Maar vooral: je hebt een ondernemersmentaliteit en bent klaar voor een nieuwe stap.
