The posting

Ons kantoor begeleidt vennootschappen uit diverse sectoren, zoals medische beroepen, IT, management en KMO's (niet-landbouw). We werken met een persoonlijke aanpak, waarbij kwaliteit, precisie en vertrouwen centraal staan in elk dossier.

Het team bestaat uit zes volwaardige accountants en zes dossiermedewerkers/preparateurs, die samenwerken in kleine, vaste teampjes. Deze manier van werken zorgt voor een hechte samenwerking, duidelijke communicatie en veel continuïteit. Dat vertaalt zich in een laag personeelsverloop en een warme, stabiele werkomgeving.

De afgelopen zeven jaar groeiden we van zeven naar dertien collega's, op een gezonde en aangename manier. Ondanks die groei blijven we een toegankelijk en collegiaal kantoor, waar iedereen betrokken is en waar samenwerking vanzelfsprekend is.

💼 Jouw rol als Senior Accountant

Taken

  • Beheren en opvolgen van financiële dossiers van diverse vennootschappen
  • Opstellen en finaliseren van jaarrekeningen en btw-aangiftes
  • Begeleiden, coachen en ondersteunen van dossiermedewerkers
  • Analyseren van financiële cijfers en rapporteren aan klanten en management
  • Actief meedenken over de optimalisatie van interne processen
  • Bijdragen aan opleidingen en kennisdeling binnen het team
  • Gaandeweg een meer sturende rol opnemen binnen een vast team

Groeipad Binnen ons kantoor zijn er duidelijke doorgroeimogelijkheden richting een rol als Teammanager. In deze rol neem je meer verantwoordelijkheid op in de aansturing en ondersteuning van een team, fungeer je als aanspreekpunt en combineer je vakinhoudelijke expertise met coaching en begeleiding. Dit groeitraject gebeurt op jouw tempo, met de nodige ondersteuning.

Profiel

  • Bachelor of master in accounting, finance of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur in een KMO- of kantooromgeving
  • Interesse om op termijn een leidende rol op te nemen
  • Proactief, zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk
  • Communicatief sterk en een echte teamspeler
  • Nauwkeurig, analytisch en flexibel ingesteld
