In Linter gebeurt iets bijzonders. Een klein, ambitieus boekhoudkantoor groeit gestaag, zonder zijn warme, menselijke aanpak te verliezen. Hier geen massa van anonieme dossiers, maar echte mensen, echte klanten, echte uitdagingen. Wij zoeken een Senior Dossierbeheerder die zin heeft om de spil te zijn tussen onze klanten, hun cijfers en ons team.

Wie wij zijn

We zijn een jong, dynamisch kantoor dat KMO's uit de regio begeleidt. Ons team is klein - momenteel twee collega's - en dat maakt elke dag bijzonder: beslissingen zijn snel, overleg is direct, en je ziet het resultaat van je werk meteen. We geloven in een hands-on mentaliteit, leren door te doen en samenwerken met een glimlach. Groei is belangrijk, maar niet ten koste van onze persoonlijke aanpak.

Wat jij gaat doen

Als Senior Dossierbeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klantenportefeuille:

  • Van A tot Z dossierbeheer: boekingen, tussentijdse balansen, jaarrekeningen en fiscale aangiftes.
  • Proactief advies geven aan KMO's: cijfers vertalen naar slimme keuzes en groeikansen.
  • Samenwerken met je collega's en op termijn begeleiding van junior teamleden.
  • Meedenken over procesoptimalisaties en hoe we het werk efficiënter en leuker maken.
  • Werken met moderne tools zoals Clearfacts, Adsolut en Silverfin - of snel leren kennen.

Wie jij bent

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring op een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in klantcontact en vindt het leuk om cijfers begrijpelijk te maken.
  • Je neemt initiatief, bent proactief en springt bij waar nodig.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een familiaal team waar samenwerking, vertrouwen en plezier centraal staan.
  • Je bent ambitieus en ziet jezelf groeien binnen een kantoor dat meegroeit.
