The posting

Voor een warm, stabiel boekhoudkantoor in de regio HODB zoeken we versterking. Dit is geen "doorstroomkantoor" met constant verloop: het team is bewust matuur, werkt al lang samen en kiest resoluut voor kwaliteit en klantenbinding boven volume.

Je komt terecht in een team van ongeveer 10 mensen, met 7 volwaardige dossierbeheerders en een open werkvloer waar je makkelijk overlegt. Thuiswerk kan, maar de sterkte blijft het directe contact en de samenwerking.

Je wordt ingewerkt om een portefeuille over te nemen en verder uit te bouwen richting A-Z.

  • Beheer van dossiers van inboeken tot afsluiten, met ruimte voor advies volgens jouw maturiteit en interesse.
  • Je bent doorheen het jaar het vaste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten: communicatie gebeurt rechtstreeks tussen klant en dossierbeheerder.
  • Je neemt een bestaande portefeuille over (ongeveer 71 dossiers, gemengde vennootschappen en eenmanszaken).
  • Je werkt met een duidelijke filosofie: 1 dossierbeheerder kent het dossier van A tot Z (eindbespreking gebeurt vaak samen met de vennoot).
  • Je werkt digitaal met o.a. Expert/M (Kluwer), Silverfin, Fitmanager en Twintax; er is bovendien ruimte om mee na te denken over een toekomstige softwarekeuze (Yuki/Exact/Adsolut…).
  • Minstens 4 jaar ervaring in een boekhoudkantoor.
  • Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Je wil allround werken en op termijn zo ver mogelijk richting A-Z doorgroeien.
  • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en houdt van duidelijke afspraken.
  • Je past in een open, mature werkomgeving waar men eerlijk is en verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
