Stel je voor: een kantoor met de expertise van een groot accountancykantoor, maar de menselijkheid van een familiebedrijf. Dat is precies wat je hier aantreft. Dit groeiende boekhoudkantoor in het hart van Zonhoven begeleidt een brede waaier aan klanten, van KMO's en vzw's tot eenmanszaken, met een team van 12 gedreven professionals.

Het kantoor is opgericht met een duidelijke visie: kwalitatief werk leveren zonder de menselijke maat te verliezen. De partner heeft zijn sporen verdiend bij een van de Big Four en bracht die knowhow mee naar een omgeving waar iedereen telt, hier ben een collega.

Als Senior Boekhouder/Dossierbeheerder neem jij de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen klantenportefeuille. Je werkt van A tot Z: van de eerste boeking tot de eindbespreking. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten en bouwt echte relaties op.

  • Zelfstandig beheren van een gevarieerde portefeuille (KMO, vzw, eenmanszaken)
  • Opmaak en opvolging van jaarrekeningen, btw-aangiftes en fiscale documenten
  • Directe klantencontacten en -besprekingen
  • Actief meedenken over dossiers en rapportering aan de partner
  • Op termijn: zelf strategische adviezen verlenen
  • Groeimogelijkheid naar teamleader: eigen dossiers + opvolging van junior collega's
  • Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een boekhoudkantoor
  • Digitaal ingesteld: vertrouwd met boekhoudpakketten en e-tools
  • Communicatief sterk en klantgericht - je bouwt duurzame relaties
  • Proactief en zelfstandig: je wacht niet af maar neemt initiatief
  • Gedreven om te groeien, ook richting adviesrol op langere termijn
