Neem de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen dossiers én groei uit tot de rechterhand van de vennoot.

Voor een familiaal accountancykantoor in de regio Zwijndrecht wordt gezocht naar een ervaren dossierbeheerder die graag zelfstandig werkt, maar tegelijk belang hecht aan persoonlijk contact en een hechte samenwerking. Je komt terecht in een team van vijf collega's waar iedereen zijn verantwoordelijkheid neemt en waar de lijnen kort zijn.

Hier krijg je niet zomaar een portefeuille om te beheren. Je krijgt de ruimte om klanten écht te begeleiden, mee te denken over hun onderneming en op termijn een sleutelrol op te nemen binnen het kantoor.

Jouw rol

  • Je beheert je eigen klantenportefeuille van A tot Z, van de boekhoudkundige verwerking tot de afsluiting en fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten en begeleidt hen bij boekhoudkundige en fiscale vraagstukken.
  • Je denkt actief mee over optimalisaties en geeft klanten advies dat verder gaat dan de cijfers alleen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de vennoot, die betrokken blijft bij de dossiers en beschikbaar is om te sparren.
  • Je krijgt de kans om mee na te denken over de verdere werking en groei van het kantoor.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ruime ervaring binnen een accountancykantoor en kan zelfstandig dossiers van A tot Z beheren.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en haalt voldoening uit een sterke klantenrelatie.
  • Je combineert zelfstandigheid met een collegiale ingesteldheid en werkt graag samen in een hecht team.
  • Je denkt vooruit, neemt initiatief en wil ook op professioneel vlak blijven groeien.
  • Je ziet jezelf op termijn evolueren naar een vertrouwenspersoon en rechterhand van de vennoot.
