Met vier vestigingen en meer dan 80 collega's ondersteunen wij dagelijks ondernemers bij hun groei en uitdagingen. Voor onze vestiging in Gent zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Dossierbeheerder die niet alleen sterk is in accountancy en fiscaliteit, maar ook de ambitie heeft om op termijn door te groeien naar een rol als Kantoorverantwoordelijke.

Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team van een 15-tal collega's waar kennisdeling, samenwerking en een aangename werksfeer centraal staan.

Jouw functie

Als Senior Dossierbeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig beheren van een eigen klantenportefeuille. Je bent een belangrijke vertrouwenspersoon voor ondernemers en ondersteunt hen op zowel boekhoudkundig als fiscaal vlak.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Het beheren van dossiers van A tot Z.
  • Het opmaken en afsluiten van jaarrekeningen.
  • Het voorbereiden en indienen van fiscale aangiften.
  • Het adviseren van klanten over fiscale en financiële optimalisaties.
  • Het begeleiden en ondersteunen van minder ervaren collega's.
  • Het onderhouden van duurzame klantenrelaties.
  • Het nauw samenwerken met de vennoten en andere experts binnen het kantoor.

Daarnaast krijg je de mogelijkheid om geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen binnen de organisatie. Heb je de ambitie om op termijn een kantoor mee aan te sturen? Dan voorzien wij een duidelijk groeitraject waarin je stap voor stap kan evolueren richting een functie als Kantoorverantwoordelijke.

Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een dossierbeheerder die technisch sterk staat, maar ook graag initiatief neemt en meedenkt met klanten en collega's.

Je beschikt over:

  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen een accountants- of boekhoudkantoor.
  • Een goede kennis van accountancy en fiscaliteit.
  • De capaciteit om dossiers zelfstandig te beheren.
  • Een klantgerichte en professionele aanpak.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • De ambitie om verder te groeien binnen een organisatie.

Ervaring met het begeleiden van collega's of het opnemen van extra verantwoordelijkheden is een mooie troef, maar geen vereiste.
