The posting

Deux associés, une équipe d'une dizaine de collaborateurs et déjà près de 400 sociétés accompagnées depuis le lancement en 2024 : cette jeune fiduciaire n'a pas attendu des années pour trouver son rythme.

Son approche ? Des outils digitaux bien choisis, des méthodes de travail structurées et une ambiance familiale où chacun peut apporter sa pierre à l'édifice.

L'objectif est clair : consacrer moins de temps aux tâches répétitives pour en donner davantage au conseil et à l'accompagnement des entrepreneurs. Pour soutenir cette croissance, elle recherche aujourd'hui un Comptable Senior / Superviseur qui souhaite mettre son expérience au service des dossiers, des clients… et de ses collègues.

Responsabilités - Superviseur :

Votre quotidien mêlera expertise technique, analyse et accompagnement. Pas question de ranger votre savoir-faire au placard sous prétexte que vous prenez davantage de responsabilités !

  • Piloter un portefeuille de 40 à 60 dossiers, avec une dizaine de clients suivis de A à Z.
  • Vérifier les clôtures, bilans, déclarations fiscales et dépôts.
  • Repérer les incohérences, anticiper les risques et apporter des solutions concrètes.
  • Servir de référent technique pour les questions comptables et fiscales de l'équipe.
  • Guider les collaborateurs dans leurs dossiers et partager vos connaissances pour les faire gagner en autonomie.
  • Participer à l'amélioration des processus internes et au développement des outils digitaux.

Profil : Votre parcours vous a appris beaucoup. Et vous aimez le transmettre.

Avec plus de 10 ans d'expérience en fiduciaire, vous avez acquis les bons réflexes, le sens du détail et la capacité de prendre du recul sur un dossier. Mais ce qui vous distingue, c'est aussi votre envie d'expliquer, de partager et de chercher de meilleures façons de travailler.

Nous recherchons une personne investie, curieuse et pédagogue, qui sait analyser les chiffres tout en gardant à l'esprit la réalité de l'entrepreneur derrière chaque dossier. Une expérience préalable en supervision constitue un atout, mais elle n'est pas indispensable : c'est surtout votre envie de devenir une personne de référence pour l'équipe qui compte.
