Er komt een sleutelpositie vrij binnen een sterk uitgebouwde omgeving in regio Hasselt. Twee ervaren collega's dragen binnenkort de verantwoordelijkheid over, en dat opent ruimte voor iemand die méér wil dan een klassieke dossierfunctie.

Iemand die niet alleen opvolgt, maar mee richting geeft. In dossiers, in klantrelaties en in de werking van een team.

Wat je hier concreet doet

Je neemt de leiding over uitdagende boekhoudkundige en fiscale dossiers en zorgt ervoor dat ze inhoudelijk sterk, correct en toekomstgericht worden afgerond.

Tegelijk ben je een aanspreekpunt voor klanten die verder willen kijken dan de cijfers alleen - richting advies, optimalisatie en duidelijke keuzes.

Binnen het team ben je geen "manager op afstand", maar iemand die meewerkt, meedenkt en collega's helpt groeien in hun rol.

Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en ambitie kan de focus meer liggen op inhoudelijke diepgang of op het aansturen en structureren van een team.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Je beheert en finaliseert complexe boekhoudkundige en fiscale dossiers
  • Je zorgt voor correcte jaarrekeningen en heldere rapportering
  • Je volgt fiscale en sociale aangiftes op van A tot Z
  • Je vertaalt cijfers naar duidelijke en bruikbare inzichten voor klanten
  • Je bent een vast aanspreekpunt bij strategische en fiscale vraagstukken
  • Je begeleidt collega's in hun werk en tilt hun niveau mee omhoog
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit, structuur en efficiëntie binnen dossiers

Wat we verwachten

We zoeken iemand met maturiteit en vakkennis, die klaar is voor een volgende stap in verantwoordelijkheid:

  • ITAA-titel of ITAA-stagiair (vereist)
  • Minstens 8 jaar ervaring in accountancy en fiscaliteit
  • Sterke dossierkennis van A tot Z
  • Comfortabel in complexere fiscale materie
  • Communicatief sterk, ook in klantgesprekken
  • Natuurlijk coachend en kwaliteitsgericht

Iemand die dossiers niet alleen beheert, maar ook doorgrondt. Die helder communiceert, ook wanneer de materie complex wordt. En die energie haalt uit verantwoordelijkheid opnemen in plaats van vermijden.
