  • Performing macular OCT scans and other retinal imaging
  • Preparing examination rooms and patient charts
  • Assisting physicians with in-office treatments and clinical procedures
  • Documenting chart notes clearly and accurately
  • Communicating with physicians, team leaders, and coworkers to support efficient patient care
  • Explaining each stage of the visit to patients with clarity, compassion, and professionalism
  • Providing patient education before and after the physician examination
  • Assisting with clinical-trial recruitment when opportunities are available
  • Supporting clinic operations at assigned and remote locations
  • Performing other duties as assigned

  • Is comfortable learning multiple computer systems, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Teams, browsers, scanners, and data-management platforms
  • Can work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Holds a valid U.S. driver’s license with an unrestricted and satisfactory driving record
  • Is willing to share responsibility for driving a company vehicle on day trips
  • Can travel between Central Region clinics and occasionally assist other regions

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
