Authentica Media is a creative video agency that collaborates with the world’s best healthcare brands to strengthen connections with patients, clinicians, and employees. Through authentic engaging video storytelling, we help patients get access to the life-changing medical innovations they need.

What we're looking for (generally)

We work with writers, producers, directors, editors, motion designers, and creative strategists. Across all of these, the people who thrive here tend to share a few things in common:

  • Deep respect for the subject matter — you understand that healthcare storytelling carries real stakes
  • Strong communication skills, both with clients and collaborators
  • The ability to manage complexity without losing the creative thread
  • Experience working on deadline-driven productions, ideally in a client-service environment
  • A portfolio that shows range, craft, and a point of view

Healthcare or medtech experience is a meaningful plus across all roles. It's not always required, but it matters here more than at most production companies.
