Deine Mission bei uns

Als Schulbegleiter*in hilfst du Kindern, Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen mit Beeinträchtigungen, den Schulalltag selbstständig zu meistern. Deine Unterstützung richtet sich individuell nach den Bedürfnissen jedes einzelnen Schülers bzw. jeder einzelnen Schülerin.

  • Mobilitätsunterstützung: Unterstützung bei der Fortbewegung innerhalb der Schule (z.B. bei Rollstuhlfahrenden).
  • Unterstützung im Unterricht: Anreichen von Unterrichtsmaterialien, Unterstützung beim Verständnis der Lerninhalte und der aktiven Teilnahme am Unterricht.
  • Konzentrationshilfe: Begleitung bei der Aufrechterhaltung der Konzentration und der Bearbeitung von Aufgaben.
  • Kommunikationshilfe: Unterstützung bei der verbalen und non-verbalen Kommunikation im Schulalltag; Konfliktbewältigung
  • Unterstützung im Miteinander: Einschätzung von Gefahrensituationen; Stärkung der Sozialkompetenz
  • Vertrauensperson: Du bist eine enge Vertrauensperson für die Schüler*innen und sorgst für eine stabile und vertrauensvolle Beziehung.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Schule im Rahmen der geltenden pädagogischen Leitlinien
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern Administrative Aufgaben wie Wochen- und Entwicklungsberichte

Was du in unser Team einbringst

  • Die Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen ist eine Herzensangelegenheit für Dich und du bringst ein hohes Maß an Empathie, Geduld und Belastbarkeit mit.
  • Deine soziale und pädagogische Kompetenz hilft Dir, Dich auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse und Fähigkeiten der Schüler*innen einzustellen und Lernprozesse zu unterstützen.
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im pädagogischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (Fachkraft). Ideal wären Erfahrung in der Schulbegleitung oder der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen (mit Beeinträchtigung).
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist jedoch auch in der Lage, eigenverantwortlich zu handeln.
  • Der Umgang mit Microsoft Office ist Dir vertraut und Du bist idealerweise durch Führerschein und Auto flexibel
  • Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse, mindestens B2-Niveau (mündlich und schriftlich) und verfügst, solltet du Nicht-EU-BürgerIn sein, über eine entsprechende Arbeitserlaubnis.
