Du willst nicht nur planen, sondern machen? Als Marketing\-Spezialist treibst du bei der Auto AG Group für alle Geschäftsfelder die Marketinginitiativen direkt voran \- von der Idee bis zur operativen Detailarbeit. Dabei packst du aktiv mit an, hältst Projekte auf Kurs und machst unsere Marke in der Praxis erlebbar.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbständige Planung, Umsetzung und Monitoring von Marketingaktivitäten unter Berücksichtigung der Zielgruppe
  • Eigenständige Bewirtschaftung und Analyse unserer Social\-Media\-Kanäle (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Erarbeiten von Konzepten und Redaktionsplänen für Social Media anhand der Marketing\- und Kommunikationsstrategie
  • Erstellen von Marketing\- und Verkaufsunterlagen inkl. Beschaffung Design von Give Aways
  • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege der Webseiten und erstellen von Landingpages
  • Veranstaltungen, Events und Fachmessen organisieren und durchführen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Anspruchsgruppen, Agenturen und externen Partnern

Dein Profil

  • Aus\- und Weiterbildung im Bereich Marketing/Mediamatiker
  • Gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Social Media
  • Planungs\- und Organisationstalent mit selbständiger Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung mit Projekt/Prozess\-Management
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von 360°\-Kampagnen
  • Kreative und innovative Denkweise
  • Fundierte Adobe Creative Suite und gute CapCut Kenntnisse
  • Machertyp mit einer proaktiven und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise
  • Offene, kommunikative und vernetzt denkende Persönlichkeit, textstark und eine grosse Portion Neugier und Engagement
