Ihre Aufgaben

Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für Finanzen und Dienste und führen die zugehörigen Mitarbeitenden fachlich wie personell. Sie steuern Finanz\- und Betriebsbuchhaltung, Abschlüsse, Budget, Controlling und Liquiditätsplanung und schaffen verlässliche Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Geschäftsleitung und Verwaltungsrat. Eine zentrale spielt die Erarbeitung der Offerten für den bestellten Linienverkehr sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit öffentlichen Stellen. Zudem verantworten Sie die Lohnbuchhaltung und Personaladministration, koordinieren IT und Lieferanten, sichern das Qualitätsmanagement nach ISO und begleiten interne wie externe Revisionen. Mit einem klaren Blick für wirksame Prozesse, Digitalisierung und Kosten entwickeln Sie die Organisation weiter und bringen sich aktiv in Strategie, Risikomanagement und bereichsübergreifende Projekte ein.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Aus\- oder Weiterbildung, beispielsweise Fachausweis Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen, Betriebsökonomie FH oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsfunktion sowie hohe Abschlusssicherheit in Finanz\- und Betriebsbuchhaltung; Kenntnisse in Swiss GAAP FER sind von Vorteil
  • Praxis in Budgetierung, Controlling, Liquiditätsplanung, Payroll und Sozialversicherungen; Erfahrung im öffentlichen Verkehr oder im regulierten Umfeld ist willkommen
  • Ausgeprägte IT\-Affinität, sehr gute Excel\-Kenntnisse und Freude daran, Prozesse und Systeme weiterzuentwickeln; ABACUS\-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Analytisches und vernetztes Denken, unternehmerisches Handeln sowie eine strukturierte, exakte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Überzeugende Führungs\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung, Verhandlungsgeschick, Integrität und Diskretion
  • Verbundenheit mit dem Kanton Uri und Verständnis für die regionalen, politischen und gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhänge
