Har du interesse for biler og teknik, og vil du lære mekanikerfaget på et autoriseret Volkswagen- og Audi-værksted? Efter nytår har vi plads til to nye mekanikerlærlinge i Herning – og måske er den ene plads din.

Hos os bliver du en del af værkstedet fra første dag. Du arbejder sammen med erfarne teknikere, får ansvar i takt med, at du bliver klar til det, og bruger det, du lærer på skolen, direkte i praksis.

Hvad kommer du til at arbejde med?

Som lærling får du erfaring med mange forskellige opgaver, blandt andet:

  • Service og vedligeholdelse
  • Fejlfinding og diagnose
  • Mekaniske reparationer
  • El- og hybridbiler
  • Software og moderne bilteknologi
  • Førerassistentsystemer

Hvem er du?

Du behøver ikke kunne det hele på forhånd – det er netop derfor, du skal være lærling.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har interesse for biler og teknik
  • Kan lide at bruge både hænderne og hovedet
  • Er nysgerrig og har lyst til at lære
  • Er mødestabil og tager ansvar
  • Trives med at arbejde sammen med andre

Det vigtigste er, at du har lyst til faget og til at blive dygtigere.

En uddannelse med speciale i Volkswagen og Audi

Din uddannelse veksler mellem praktik på vores værksted i Herning og skoleophold på Mercantec i Viborg.

Her bliver du tilknyttet VAG-linjen, som er målrettet Volkswagen-koncernens mærker. Undervisningen tager derfor udgangspunkt i mange af de biler, systemer og teknologier, du også møder i hverdagen på værkstedet.

Hvorfor AGN

Hos AGN er lærlinge en vigtig del af hverdagen. Mere end hver fjerde medarbejder i salg og på værksted er under uddannelse, så du bliver en del af en arbejdsplads med flere andre lærlinge og elever, der også er i gang med deres uddannelse.

Vi lægger vægt på god oplæring, faglig sparring og på, at du får mere ansvar undervejs, når du er klar til det.
