Om jobbet
Som Team Lead Finance & Administration får du det daglige ansvar for økonomi og administration i den nordiske forretning. Du sikrer, at regnskabet er korrekt, rapporteringen kommer til tiden og ledelsen har et solidt økonomisk grundlag at træffe beslutninger på.
Du bliver leder for et team bestående af en konsulent på deltid, en bogholder og en økonomimedarbejder. Sammen løser I afdelingens opgaver, og du bidrager selv aktivt til den daglige drift. Vores primære økonomisystem er Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Du refererer til Head of Business Management for Nordics og arbejder tæt sammen med Auto IT’s direktør, den øvrige nordiske ledelse og koncernens Group Finance/CFO. Du får samtidig mulighed for at præge, hvordan vi udvikler og tilpasser vores økonomifunktion til koncernens processer og rapporteringskrav.
Dine vigtigste opgaver bliver at:
- Sikre den løbende regnskabsdrift, måneds- og årsafslutning samt koordinering med revisor.
- Udarbejde og kvalitetssikre rapportering, analyser og budgetopfølgning til den lokale ledelse og Group Finance.
- Understøtte ledelsen med økonomiske analyser og sparring om business cases, investeringer og større aftaler.
- Koordinere budgetter og forecasts samt følge op på likviditet, cash flow og arbejdskapital.
- Sikre gode interne kontroller, dokumentation og rettidige moms-, skatte- og myndighedsindberetninger i samarbejde med koncernen og eksterne rådgivere.
- Forenkle og automatisere arbejdsgange, understøtte integrationen med koncernens systemer og processer samt bidrage til økonomiopgaver ved eventuelle opkøb.
- Lede og udvikle teamet med tydelige prioriteringer, faglig sparring og løbende feedback.

Derudover får du ansvar for lokale administrative opgaver, herunder bank- og forsikringsforhold, og for at understøtte lønrelaterede administrative opgaver i samarbejde med HR og eksterne lønleverandører. Rollen omfatter også administration af kontorlejemålet og koordinering af kontordriften, herunder kontakt til udlejer og medlejere.
Din profil
Du har en relevant bachelor- eller kandidatuddannelse inden for økonomi, fx HA, HD(R), cand.merc., og solid erfaring med regnskab og økonomistyring. Måske arbejder du allerede som Team Lead Finance & Administration eller regnskabschef, eller har et bredt fagligt ansvar og er klar til næste skridt.
Vi forestiller os desuden, at du:
- Har praktisk erfaring med måneds- og årsafslutning, rapportering, budgettering og forecasts.
- Har god forståelse for likviditetsstyring, interne kontroller og revisionsprocesser.
- Har erfaring med teamledelse eller faglig ledelse og lyst til at udvikle både mennesker og arbejdsgange.
- Er stærk i Excel og fortrolig med økonomisystemer – gerne Business Central.
- Kan omsætte økonomiske data til klare forklaringer og anbefalinger.
- Kommunikerer sikkert på dansk og engelsk og gerne har erfaring fra en international virksomhed eller koncern.
Du arbejder struktureret, følger op og tager ansvar for, at opgaverne bliver løst. Du kan bevare overblikket og samtidig gå ned i detaljen, når det er nødvendigt. Og du lægger vægt på et godt samarbejde, både i dit eget team og med kolleger på tværs af organisationen.

Team Lead Finance & Administration at Auto IT
Would you like to lead the finance function at Auto IT and help develop our Nordic business as part of an international IT group? Do you enjoy both leading a small team and taking an active part in the work yourself? Then you could be our new Team Lead for Finance & Administration.
Auto IT develops IT solutions that make everyday work easier for the automotive industry. As part of Dutch company UnameIT, we are strengthening collaboration across the group. This creates new opportunities and brings new requirements for our financial management, reporting and processes. You will play a key role in this.
About the role
As Team Lead Finance & Administration, you will be responsible for the day-to-day finance and administration of our Nordic business. You will ensure that the accounts are accurate, reporting is delivered on time and management has a sound financial basis for decision-making.
You will lead a team comprising a part-time consultant, a bookkeeper and a finance administrator. Together, you will handle the department’s responsibilities, with you taking an active part in day-to-day operations. Our main financial system is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
You will report to the Head of Business Management for Nordics and work closely with Auto IT’s Managing Director, the wider Nordic management team and Group Finance/the Group CFO. You will also have the opportunity to shape how we develop and adapt our finance function to the group’s processes and reporting requirements.
Your key responsibilities will be to
- Ensure smooth day-to-day accounting operations, month-end and year-end closing, and coordination with the external auditor.
- Prepare and ensure the quality of reporting, analysis and budget monitoring for local management and Group Finance.
- Support management with financial analysis and advice on business cases, investments and major agreements.
- Coordinate budgets and forecasts, and monitor liquidity, cash flow and working capital.
- Ensure sound internal controls, documentation and timely VAT, tax and statutory filings in collaboration with the group and external advisers.
- Simplify and automate workflows, support integration with the group’s systems and processes, and contribute to finance-related work in connection with any acquisitions.
- Lead and develop the team through clear priorities, professional guidance and regular feedback.

You will also be responsible for local administrative matters, including banking and insurance, and for supporting payroll administration in collaboration with HR and external payroll providers. The role also includes managing the office lease and coordinating office operations, including liaison with the landlord and other tenants.
Your profile
You have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration, for example a Danish HA (BSc in Business Administration), HD(R) (Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Financial Management) or cand.merc. (MSc in Economics and Business Administration), and solid experience in accounting and financial management. You may already be working as a Team Lead Finance & Administration or Accounting Manager, or have broad professional responsibilities and be ready for the next step.
We also expect you to;
- Have practical experience of month-end and year-end closing, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Have a good understanding of liquidity management, internal controls and audit processes.
- Have experience in team management or providing professional leadership, and an interest in developing both people and workflows.
- Have strong Excel skills and be familiar with financial systems, preferably Business Central.
- Be able to turn financial data into clear explanations and recommendations.
- Communicate confidently in Danish and English, ideally with experience from an international company or group.
You work in a structured way, follow up and take responsibility for getting things done. You can maintain an overview while examining the details when needed. You value effective collaboration, both within your own team and with colleagues across the organisation.
