This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for technicians with at least 2 years of dealership or structured shop experience who can step into a productive, professional environment and contribute immediately.

About Ontario Auto Ranch Ford

We continue to invest heavily in our service department, technician support systems, and shop equipment. We maintain strong customer-pay workflow and are committed to creating an environment where productive technicians can thrive.

We are looking for technicians who:

  • Understand dealership workflow and flat-rate production
  • Can diagnose and repair efficiently
  • Take pride in quality workmanship
  • Want long-term stability and growth

Compensation

$40–$50 per flat rate hour depending on experience, certifications, and production ability

Relocation assistance and toolbox moving support may be available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of Ford dealership or structured automotive repair experience
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair ability
  • Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ford certifications highly valued
