Ontario Auto Ranch Ford in Fruitland, Idaho is offering experienced Ford technicians the opportunity to earn top-level compensation while stepping into a lifestyle that gives you more room to breathe — both financially and personally.

We are looking for technicians with at least 2 years of Ford dealership or structured shop experience who are ready for a long-term opportunity in a productive, professional dealership environment.

About Ontario Auto Ranch Ford

We continue to invest heavily into our service department, technician support systems, and shop equipment. Our goal is to create an environment where skilled technicians can stay productive, earn excellent compensation, and build a stable future.

We are specifically looking for Ford technicians who:

  • Understand dealership systems and workflow
  • Can diagnose and repair efficiently
  • Take pride in productivity and workmanship
  • Want long-term growth and stability

Compensation

$40–$50 per flat rate hour depending on experience, certifications, and production level

Relocation assistance and toolbox moving support may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of Ford dealership or structured automotive repair experience
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
  • Ability to perform efficiently in a flat-rate environment
  • Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
  • Ford certifications highly valued
