The Auto Ranch Group is growing again! We have opened BOISE AUTO RANCH -- a Pre-Owned Superstore in Boise, at the heart of Auto Row! Not only does our Superstore have some of the best used vehicle inventory in Boise, you also have access to vehicle inventory at all six Auto Ranch Group dealerships in the Treasure Valley!

We offer our sales consultants the most lucrative pay plan in the area, with up to 35% COMMISSION, a killer spiff program, and an annual production bonus. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in a fast-paced automotive environment, and help customers find their perfect ride while achieving your professional and financial goals.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them toward the right vehicle

• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and follow-up

• Contribute to a positive dealership atmosphere to ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in used vehicle sales required

• Self-motivated with a desire to exceed sales goals

• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic

• A passion for excellent customer service

• Ability to work weekends and holidays

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
