Samen met zusterbedrijf AVI Mobility zorgen we voor een professionele technische, cosmetische en logistieke voorbereiding van elk voertuig.

Je komt terecht in een nieuwe, ruime werkplaats met moderne apparatuur, duidelijke processen en veel aandacht voor vakmanschap en kwaliteit.

Functie omschrijving

Als Office Assistant ondersteun je de dagelijkse administratieve, boekhoudkundige en organisatorische werking. Je verwerkt en volgt facturen, voertuigdossiers en verzekeringen correct op en beheert de mailbox en telefonie op een professionele manier.

Facturatie & boekhouding

  • Aankoop- en verkoopfacturen verwerken en opvolgen
  • Facturen inboeken via Exact Online en Zenvoices
  • Creditnota's, voorschotten, betalingen en vragen over facturatie opvolgen
  • Financiële rapportering voorbereiden en ondersteunen

Wagenpark & verzekeringen

  • De administratie van bedrijfs- en vervangwagens opvolgen
  • Nummerplaten, contracten, verzekeringen en voertuigwijzigingen verwerken
  • Stocklijsten opmaken, actualiseren en optimaliseren
  • Verzekerings-, schade- en garantiedossiers administratief opvolgen

Administratie & onthaal

  • Mailbox, telefonie en algemene administratie klantvriendelijk beheren
  • Vragen van leveranciers, klanten en collega's registreren, opvolgen en doorgeven
  • Voertuigdocumentatie volledig en overzichtelijk beheren
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden rond preventie en bescherming op het werk
  • Waar nodig ondersteuning bieden aan het onthaal

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma in een financiële of economische richting
  • Je hebt relevante administratieve of boekhoudkundige ervaring
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar en stelt je professioneel op
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en Microsoft Office
  • Kennis van boekhoudkundige software Exact Online is een troef
  • Je beschikt over een mondelinge basiskennis van Frans en Engels
  • Je bent flexibel, klantgericht en proactief
