Manage full set accounting tasks independently for a private limited company, handling daily invoicing, cash management, accounts receivable follow-up, and year-end financial closing.

Responsibilities

  • Use MYOB accounting software to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Independently perform full set accounting to ensure comprehensive financial management
  • Issue daily sales invoices to record revenue promptly and accurately
  • Manage petty cash transactions to maintain precise cash flow documentation
  • Follow up on accounts receivable to improve cash collection and minimize outstanding debts
  • Conduct year-end closing activities including bank and account reconciliation, preparing adjusting entries, resetting temporary accounts, and generating financial statements
