Als Account Manager bij AUTO1.com bouw je sterke relaties op met professionele autohandelaars en help je hen om optimaal gebruik te maken van ons innovatieve B2B-platform. Je adviseert klanten, detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en begeleidt hen bij het kopen en verkopen van voertuigen. Ben je commercieel ingesteld, communicatief sterk en krijg je energie van het sluiten van deals? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Ons aanbod:

  • Contract van onbepaalde duur
  • 38 uur per week, inclusief min. 1 dag thuiswerk
  • Competitief salaris, afgestemd op jouw ervaring (als junior start je vanaf €2.350 bruto per maand)
  • Prestatiegerichte bruto bonus met een richtbedrag van €800 per maand als junior. Bij sterke prestaties kun je dit bedrag overstijgen, met een maximum van €3.000 bruto per maand. Het bonuspotentieel groeit bovendien verder naarmate je doorgroeit naar een mid-level of senior rol.
  • Bonusgarantie tijdens je eerste drie maanden (100% in maand 1, 90% in maand 2 en 80% in maand 3), zodat je alle ruimte krijgt om je in te werken en een sterke start te maken.
  • Maaltijdcheques van €7 per werkdag
  • Ecocheques als extra waardering voor jouw inzet
  • Sociaal abonnement voor woon-werkverkeer
  • Uitgebreide DKV-verzekering, inclusief hospitalisatie-, ambulante- en tandverzekering
  • Kortingen bij diverse partners, zoals hotels en attractieparken

Vacatureomschrijving

Je bouwt en ontwikkelt een eigen portefeuille van B2B-klanten binnen de automotive sector

  • Je prospecteert actief nieuwe klanten en breidt je netwerk van professionele autohandelaars uit
  • Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact met klanten om hun noden te begrijpen en hen commercieel te adviseren
  • Je begeleidt klanten bij het aankopen en verkopen van voertuigen via het AUTO1-platform
  • Je onderhandelt met klanten en volgt deals op tot een succesvolle afsluiting
  • Je werkt doelgericht naar commerciële doelstellingen en draagt bij aan de groei van het platform
  • Je bouwt duurzame langetermijnrelaties op en zet klanttevredenheid steeds centraal

Functie-eisen

  • Je hebt interesse in de automotive sector
  • Een eerste commerciële of B2B-ervaring is een plus, maar geen vereiste
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en houdt van klantencontact
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, ondernemend en gemotiveerd om commerciële doelstellingen te behalen
