Autocorner SA est une entreprise familiale reconnue dans le domaine de la distribution automobile pour les marques Audi, Skoda et BYD. Nous comptons aujourd'hui plus de 120 collaborateurs et 10 apprentis et sommes présents dans les cantons de Vaud et du Valais, avec 5 concessions et 2 centres de véhicules d'occasion.

Entreprise formatrice engagée, nous accordons une grande importance à la transmission du savoir\-faire et à la formation des jeunes talents.

Pour notre concession Audi et le siège de l'entreprise à Lutry, nous mettons au concours une place d'apprentissage d'employé\-e pour la rentrée scolaire d'août 2027\.

Nous recherchons un\-e futur\-e apprenti\-e motivé\-e, intéressé\-e par le monde automobile et souhaitant apprendre un métier varié et concret au sein d'une entreprise dynamique.

Apprenti\-e employé\-e de commerce ===================================

En qualité d'employé\-e de commerce en formation, vous apprendrez à effectuer diverses tâches administratives et commerciales. Vous développerez vos compétences dans la gestion des dossiers, le suivi de la clientèle, la communication ainsi que dans l'utilisation des outils informatiques. Durant la formation, vous serez amené\-e à découvrir différents secteurs contribuant à offrir un service d'excellence à notre clientèle. Vous assumerez également progressivement diverses responsabilités.

Vos principales activités durant l'apprentissage

De la réception à l'administration des ventes, en passant par le service après\-vente et les fonctions supports de l'entreprise (marketing, RH, etc.), vous aurez la possibilité de :

  • Développer votre sens du contact avec la clientèle (accueil et téléphone)
  • Découvrir la gestion administrative liée à la vente d'un véhicule
  • Découvrir la prise en charge et le suivi des clients dans les services de vente et d'après\-vente
  • Saisir et mettre à jour les données dans les systèmes informatiques
  • Collaborer avec les différents services de l'entreprise
  • Contribuer à des projets en lien avec les objectifs d'apprentissage

Votre formation

  • Durée : 3 ans
  • 3 à 4 jours par semaine en entreprise (formation pratique)
  • 1 à 2 jours par semaine à l'école professionnelle (théorie)
  • Cours interentreprises

Titre obtenu à l'issue de la formation

  • Certificat fédéral de capacité (CFC) d'employé\-e de commerce (branche automobile)
  • Possibilité d'obtenir la maturité professionnelle
