Nous recherchons notre futur(e) Car Explainer, une personne passionnée et enthousiaste par le domaine de l'automobile, qui saura faire découvrir notre univers, présenter nos technologies et transmettre l'expérience BYD à nos clients.

VOTRE MISSION

En qualité de Car Explainer BYD, vous accompagnez les clients dans l'achat de leur véhicule, vous planifiez et réalisez la prise en main de leur véhicule.

Grâce à votre formation continue en interne, vous développerez progressivement vos compétences en vente afin de contribuer activement aux objectifs de l'entreprise.

VOTRE OBJECTIF : offrir une expérience client premium

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Accueillir, conseiller et informer la clientèle sur les véhicules, options et services
  • Organiser et faire réaliser des essais de véhicules
  • Livrer les véhicules sur site ou à l'extérieur, en expliquant clairement leur fonctionnement
  • Participer à l'agencement du showroom (mise en place, réorganisation des véhicules)
  • Valoriser l'image de l'entreprise et mettre en avant la marque auprès de nos clients

VOTRE PROFIL

Formation \& expérience

  • Formation commerciale (CFC ou équivalent), idéalement dans le secteur automobile
  • Première expérience réussie dans la vente ou la relation client, idéalement en garage

Compétences techniques

  • Passion pour l'automobile et intérêt marqué pour les nouvelles technologies
  • Aisance pour expliquer, promouvoir et vendre un produit
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques courants
  • Permis de conduire valable
  • Casier judiciaire vierge

Langues

  • Maîtrise du français (oral et écrit)
  • Une seconde langue est un atout

Qualités personnelles

  • Présentation soignée, attitude souriante, dynamique et empathique
  • Goût du contact client et aisance relationnelle
  • Esprit d'équipe, sens des responsabilités et orientation résultats
  • Domicile dans la région de Romanel\-sur\-Lausanne ou à proximité
