  • Angebotswechsel, setzt Marketingideen um und stellst sicher, dass die Autogrill\-Verkaufsstandards gelebt werden.
  • Events mit Wow\-Effekt: Vom Zauberpark bis zum Weihnachtsdorf – du organisierst und begleitest besondere
  • Anlässe im Circle und machst sie zu echten Highlights.
  • Flexibel bleiben: Ob konzeptübergreifende Mitarbeitereinsätze koordinieren oder aktiv bei Catering und im
  • Mittagsservice unterstützt – du packst an, wenn es darauf ankommt.
  • Kultur stärken: Du förderst eine offene, wertschätzende Betriebs\- und Führungskultur, basierend auf den
  • Avolta\-Werten und unserem Code of Ethics.
  • Waren \& Qualität im Griff: Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Warenbewirtschaftung nach unseren

Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung in Gastronomie und/oder Hotellerie.
  • Idealerweise eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung oder den Fachausweis G2 – und solide Führungserfahrung.
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrung in der Küche.
  • Du bist kommunikativ, leidenschaftliche/r Gastgeber/in und hast Freude daran, Menschen zu begeistern.
  • Auch in hektischen Situationen bewahrst du Ruhe und triffst die richtigen Entscheidungen.
  • Du kennst dich mit den gängigen EDV\-Programmen (Excel, Word etc.) aus.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
