Wir, die Autohaus Pramer GmbH, erweitern unser Team und suchen ab sofort zwei engagierte Teilzeitkräfte für unser Büro.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

* Kundenempfang: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich bei uns wohlfühlen.

* Telefon & Mail: Du nimmst Anrufe entgegen und erledigst den täglichen Schriftverkehr.

* Administrative Unterstützung: Du greifst unserem Werkstatt- und Verkaufsteam im Hintergrund organisatorisch unter die Arme.

* Datenpflege: Du hältst unsere Kundendaten und Ablagen sauber auf Stand.

Das bringst du mit (Anforderungen & Kompetenzen):

* Organisationstalent: Du arbeitest strukturiert, verlässlich und behältst den Überblick.

* Kommunikationsstärke: Du bist freundlich, offen und hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.

* PC-Kenntnisse: Der sichere Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen (Word, Excel) ist für dich kein Problem
