We are looking for a RAC (Rent a Car) Key Account Manager to join our team, based in Kifissia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key RAC accounts and strategic partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within the RAC market.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, contracts, and business terms.
  • Monitor account performance, sales targets, profitability, and KPIs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of agreements and customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity and identify opportunities for business development.
  • Prepare account reviews, sales forecasts, and regular performance reports.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, or Business Development, preferably in the automotive, Rent a Car, mobility, or travel industry.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Previous experience within the RAC industry will be considered as an asset.
  • Valid driving license.
