Η Autotechnica ΑΤΕΕ, εταιρεία του Ομίλου Autohellas με εξειδίκευση στις υπηρεσίες συντήρησης και φανοποιίας οχημάτων, αναζητά Υπάλληλο Υποδοχής Φανοποιείου για τις εγκαταστάσεις της στην Κηφισιά.

Ο ρόλος αποτελεί το βασικό σημείο επικοινωνίας μεταξύ πελατών, ασφαλιστικών εταιρειών και φανοποιείου, με στόχο την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και την ομαλή εξέλιξη κάθε επισκευής, από τον προγραμματισμό έως την ολοκλήρωσή της.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Υποδοχή και επαγγελματική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, δια ζώσης, τηλεφωνικά και μέσω ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας
  • Προγραμματισμός ραντεβού και συντονισμός της εισαγωγής και παράδοσης των οχημάτων
  • Επικοινωνία με ασφαλιστικές εταιρείες, πραγματογνώμονες για δικαιολογητικά και εγκρίσεις
  • Παρακολούθηση της πορείας των εργασιών και των εκκρεμοτήτων
  • Έγκαιρη ενημέρωση των πελατών για την εξέλιξη της επισκευής και τον εκτιμώμενο χρόνο παράδοσης
  • Έκδοση και έλεγχος παραστατικών
  • Διαχείριση καθημερινών αιτημάτων και παραπόνων, με έγκαιρη προώθησή τους στους αρμόδιους όπου απαιτείται

Τι αναζητούμε:

  • Τουλάχιστον διετή εμπειρία στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών ή στη διοικητική υποστήριξη υπηρεσιών After Sales
  • Προϋπηρεσία στον κλάδο του αυτοκινήτου, σε φανοποιείο, ασφαλιστική εταιρεία ή εταιρεία leasing θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και άνεση στη χρήση MS Office και μηχανογραφικών εφαρμογών
  • Οργανωτικότητα, συνέπεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Ικανότητα προτεραιοποίησης και ταυτόχρονης διαχείρισης διαφορετικών υποθέσεων
  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, επαγγελματισμός και πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και αποτελεσματική συνεργασία
  • Άδεια οδήγησης
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις, όπου απαιτείται
