Serviceberater (m/w/d)

  • Sie sind eine Schlüsselposition unseres Hauses im täglichen Kundenkontakt und damit an der Nahtstelle zwischen Kunde und Autohaus
  • Ihre Herausforderung und Ihr Ziel sind es, Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsqualität auf hohem Niveau zu leben
  • Herausragende Dienstleistungsqualitäten und Kundenzufriedenheit sind die Leitlinien Ihrer täglichen Arbeit
  • Sie unterstützen unser Serviceteam in organisatorischen und kaufmännischen Aufgaben
  • Kundenannahme und Auftragsannahme sowie -vorbereitung gehören genauso zu Ihren Aufgaben, wie allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben, Schriftverkehr etc.

Ihr Profil

  • Idealerweise kommen Sie aus der Volkswagen-Organisation mit einer vorhandenen SB-Zertifizierung oder sie haben eine kaufmännische und/oder eine technische Ausbildung und sind bereit, sich auf die vielfältigen Aufgaben dieser wichtigen Funktion im Autohaus einzulassen
  • Sie verfügen über technische, kaufmännische und organisatorische Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten als Grundlage für kompetentes Auftreten und Erfolg im Servicegeschäft
  • Sie gehen offen, freundlich und sympathisch auf jeden Kunden zu und nehmen seine Wünsche und Fragen ernst
  • Sie leben die aktive Vermarktung von Serviceleistungen und Zubehörprodukten
  • Sie haben Freude daran, als Serviceberater/in auch zum betriebswirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Autohauses beizutragen
  • Begeisterung für das Thema Automobil
