Automation is een innovatief engineeringbedrijf dat zich heeft gespecialiseerd in oplossingen voor ‘low voltage electrical power’ en ‘datacenter facilities’. Als kenniscentrum bieden we maatwerkoplossingen die we samen met onze klanten ontwikkelen en implementeren.

Met meer dan 80 medewerkers beschikken we over de nodige expertise en ervaring om hoogwaardige toepassingen te leveren. En we blijven groeien!

Automation blijft op volle kracht verder groeien. Om dat succes door te zetten zijn we op zoek naar een Solution Line Manager om onze business unit Power Solutions te versterken.

De functie:

Je biedt als expert technische ondersteuning aan het verkoops-, productie- en naverkoopsproces.

Initieel voorzien we een compacte, maar intensieve opleiding, waarna je instaat voor:

  • Bepalen, opvolgen en laten evolueren van het toegekende productgamma en oplossingen
  • De uitwerking van complexe product design
  • Realiseren en beheren van de nodige markt/sales ondersteunende middelen, waaronder prijsberekening, (verkoops-)documentatie, referentielijsten, technische data, specificaties en lastenboeken
  • Het vergezellen van accountmanagers als product-expert en het opstellen van offertes in samenwerking met de Inside Sales
  • Het omzetten van bestellingen naar dossiers voor Engineering
  • Het bepalen en bewaken van het prijs- en margebeleid
  • Het opstellen en uitvoeren van het product marketing plan
  • Het continu bewaken van de markt waarbij je steeds op zoek gaat naar nieuwe producten en andere opportuniteiten
  • Het promotiebeleid: je bepaalt niet alleen de inhoud maar neemt ook deel aan seminaries, beurzen, trainingen, promotionele acties, …
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma op zak bij voorkeur als ingenieur elektromechanica of aanverwant en kan dit aanvullen met enkele jaren ervaring op vlak van elektrotechniek in een industriële setting
  • Je bent een expert op vlak van elecktriciteit
  • Je bent vlot in de omgang en commercieel ingesteld
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht
  • Steeds kunnen bijleren en je kennis verder ontwikkelen vind je van groot belang
  • Je werkt opdrachten tijdig af en hebt aandacht voor detail
  • Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP paketten (Navison is een plus)
