Prestar suporte técnico de segundo nível (N2) aos clientes, realizando configurações, parametrizações e ajustes nos sistemas, sites e soluções de inteligência artificial da empresa. Atuar na gestão da carteira de clientes, identificando necessidades, solucionando problemas técnicos e garantindo o funcionamento adequado das ferramentas, contribuindo para a satisfação e a experiência dos clientes.

Sua rotina da área de suporte:

  • Realizar configurações, parametrizações e ajustes nos sistemas, sites e soluções de inteligência artificial disponibilizados pela empresa.
  • Prestar suporte técnico de segundo nível (N2), analisando e solucionando problemas que demandam conhecimento técnico específico.
  • Atender clientes por meio dos canais de comunicação da empresa, esclarecendo dúvidas e orientando sobre a utilização das ferramentas.
  • Gerenciar a carteira de clientes sob sua responsabilidade, acompanhando solicitações, pendências e necessidades de suporte.
  • Investigar falhas, identificar possíveis causas e executar procedimentos para resolução de problemas técnicos.
  • Realizar testes e validações após configurações ou correções, assegurando o funcionamento adequado das soluções.
  • Registrar atendimentos, procedimentos realizados e soluções aplicadas nos sistemas internos da empresa.
  • Acompanhar chamados técnicos até sua resolução, mantendo os clientes informados sobre o andamento das solicitações.
  • Encaminhar situações de maior complexidade para os níveis superiores ou equipes responsáveis, quando necessário.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de suporte, identificando problemas recorrentes e oportunidades de otimização.

Requisitos:

  • Conhecimento e familiaridade com CRMs (Hubspot);
  • Experiência prévia em gerenciamento de carteira de clientes;
  • Proatividade e curiosidade;
  • Mentalidade voltada à resultados;
  • Comunicação verbal clara e objetiva;
  • Senso crítico e senso de urgência;
  • Adaptabilidade;
  • Didática.
  • Experiência com suporte e atendimento ao cliente.
