Dein Aufgabenbereich

· Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Händler im Bereich Demand

· Inbound und Outbound Calls

· Du unterstützt die Händler telefonisch dabei, die richtigen Fahrzeuge zu finden — verlässlich, lösungsorientiert und immer mit Blick auf eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit.

· Neue Händler fühlen sich bei dir sofort gut aufgehoben: Du begleitest sie durch den gesamten Onboarding-Prozess und sorgst dafür, dass sie rasch und erfolgreich starten können.

· Du unterstützt das Vertriebsteam in diversen Bereichen um gemeinsam unsere Ziele umzusetzen.

Das bringst du mit

· Interesse an der Automobilbranche und Motivation, dich in diesem Umfeld weiterzuentwickeln

· Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

· Routine in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung und keine Scheu vor digitalen Tools

· Erfahrung im Sales/Vertrieb sowie Inbound- und Outbound Calls und Freude daran, mit Menschen zu arbeiten

· Teamorientierung, Verlässlichkeit und ein souveränes Auftreten — nach innen und außen

· Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (unsere Konzernsprache)

· Sichere MS-Office-Skills, vor allem in Excel, Outlook und Word

· Erfahrungen in der Automobilbranche

· Weitere Sprachkenntnisse
