You will work closely with system architects, hardware, software, and mechanical / electrical engineers in our R&D, as well as with external certification bodies, and act as a technical authority for product safety and regulatory compliance.

The position is ideal for someone with compliance experience who wants to develop further within product safety and functional safety

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Act as product safety and compliance contributor within R&D projects, ensuring safety principles are embedded in system architecture and detailed design.
  • Participate in risk assessments and safety analyses (e.g. hazard analysis, risk reduction measures) for complex electromechanical and automated systems.
  • Interpret and apply international product safety standards and regulations (CE, EN, IEC, ISO, NRTL) in practical engineering context.
  • Provide hands‑on technical guidance to engineering teams during development, design reviews, and change management.
  • Contribute to the product safety and compliance strategy across the product lifecycle, including development, verification, and market access.
  • Interface with external test laboratories, notified bodies, and authorities to secure approvals and certifications.
  • Support Product Management, Sales, and Operations with expert input on safety and regulatory matters for global market access.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an engineer in product development, system engineering, or safety‑critical design within manufacturing, machinery, automation, or industrial equipment
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in product compliance, with solid knowledge of CE conformity assessment procedure within the EU; experience with other markets is an advantage.
  • Relevant higher education or equivalent experience in electrical/electronics, machinery, software engineering, or a related technical field
  • Solid technical background in electrical, mechanical, systems, or software engineering.
  • Experience performing risk assessments and contributing to safety concept development for complex products.
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into robust, engineer‑friendly design solutions.
  • Experience in Global Market Access for machinery and electrical equipment; familiarity with Chemical/Material Compliance is an advantage.

We Offer:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
