Ce poste fait partie de l’équipe AutoSync. AutoSync accompagne plus de 3 500 concessionnaires partout au pays en leur offrant des outils logiciels de pointe pour simplifier leurs activités, optimiser leur marketing et stimuler leurs ventes.

Poste : Formateur ou formatrice CRM

Lieu : Montréal, Québec

Le formateur ou la formatrice CRM travaillera au sein de la division Activix de la Société TRADER et sera responsable de former et d’accompagner nos clients dans l’utilisation du CRM ainsi que dans l’adoption des meilleures stratégies téléphoniques et Web. En vous joignant à Activix, vous intégrerez une équipe qui se distingue dans les domaines de la formation, de l’analyse de la performance et des outils de gestion de la relation client dans l’industrie automobile.

À quoi ressembleront vos journées?

  • Former nos clients à l’utilisation du CRM Activix.
  • Offrir de l’accompagnement sur les techniques d’appels téléphoniques et la gestion des demandes Web
  • Contribuer à améliorer et à maintenir la qualité du service offert à nos clients.
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan d’action efficace avec nos clients.
  • Promouvoir la vente des produits et des services CRM.

Compétences et qualifications recherchées :

  • Expérience dans l’industrie automobile.
  • Bonnes aptitudes en communication.
  • Excellente capacité d’adaptation.
  • Autonomie et débrouillardise.
  • Bilinguisme français-anglais, un atout.
  • Posséder un véhicule et un permis de conduire valide.
  • Expérience avec un CRM, un atout.
  • Expérience en vente, un atout.

This role will be within the AutoSync team. AutoSync supports over 3,500 dealerships nationwide, delivering cutting-edge software tools to simplify operations, boost marketing, and drive sales.

Role: CRM Trainer

Location: Montreal, Quebec

The CRM Trainer will work at the Activix division of Trader Corporation and will be in charge of training and accompanying our clients in terms of their use of the CRM and on the best phone and web strategies.

As an Activix employee, you will be part of a team that is a leader in training, performance analysis and in customer relationship management tools within the automotive industry.

What will your days look like?

  • You will train our clients on the Activix CRM.
  • You will provide coaching on phone call techniques and management of web requests.
  • You will help improve and maintain the quality of customer service offered to our clients.
  • You will establish and implement a plan that is efficient with our clients.
  • You will reinforce the sale of products and CRM services.

Skills you should have:

  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent capacity to adapt to any situation
  • Autonomous and resourceful
  • Bilingual (French/English) - nice to have
  • Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
  • Experience with CRM would be an asset
  • Sales experience would be an asset

Experience:

  • Training: 1 year preferred
  • Sales: 1 year preferred
