Responsibilities

  • Apoiar o time comercial em atividades administrativas e operacionais, garantindo fluidez nos processos de vendas.
  • Realizar o faturamento das peças vendidas após a separação, assegurando a emissão correta de notas fiscais e demais documentos fiscais.
  • Registrar as entregas no sistema de gerenciamento de rotas, garantindo o controle logístico das operações comerciais.
  • Processar e registrar os pagamentos recebidos nas entregas por meio do sistema SMS, assegurando a correta contabilização das transações.
  • Registrar devoluções de peças no sistema SMS, conforme conferência e retorno dos clientes.
  • Enviar boletos e relatórios de desdobramentos aos clientes, mantendo a comunicação financeira atualizada.
  • Organizar e arquivar faturas assinadas no respectivo arquivo de cada cliente, garantindo controle e rastreabilidade da documentação.
  • Comunicar ao responsável imediato eventuais divergências, inconsistências ou problemas identificados nos processos comerciais ou financeiros.

Qualifications

  • Educação formal: Ensino médio completo.
  • Experiência anterior em rotinas administrativas, faturamento ou apoio comercial, bem como em atividades de logística, controle de estoque ou áreas operacionais
  • Conhecimentos específicos: Pacote office, familiaridade com rotinas de contas a receber e emissão de boletos, noções básicas de logística e controle de estoque, familiaridade com peças automotivas (desejável), capacidade de manuseio e conferência de produtos.
