Jouw rol

Als projectcoördinator ben je van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor een 15-tal JOBexpo’s, vooral in Oost-Vlaanderen en Antwerpen. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen scholen, leerkrachten, leerlingen, bedrijven en trainers. Samen met twee collega-coördinatoren draag je het volledige project: jaarlijks een 45-tal sollicitatiebeurzen met zo’n 400 deelnemende bedrijven.

Wat ga je doen?

Je begeleidt de deelnemende scholen van de eerste afstemming tot de beursdag. Je stemt de verwachtingen af met leerkrachten en directie en helpt hen met het online platform.

Je bouwt sterke relaties op met de deelnemende bedrijven, zorgt dat ze goed voorbereid aan de start komen en blijft hun vaste aanspreekpunt.

Je maakt een haalbare planning voor de sollicitatietrainingen en zorgt voor een duidelijke briefing en opvolging van de (externe) trainers. Je staat zelf ook voor de klas.

Je organiseert de JOBexpo’s zelf: de praktische voorbereiding, de inrichting van de locatie, het onthaal van bedrijven en de begeleiding van leerlingen op de dag zelf.

Na elke editie verzamel je feedback van alle partijen en vertaal je die naar concrete verbeteracties voor de volgende edities.

Je hebt een eerste relevante werkervaring. Ervaring in HR is een streepje voor.

Je bent planmatig, sterk in organiseren en hebt affiniteit met het pedagogische aspect.

Je neemt proactief de touwtjes in handen en lost problemen op nog voor ze zich stellen.

Je communiceert professioneel met heel verschillende doelgroepen.

Je bent digitaal vaardig. Vlot werken met Excel is een meerwaarde.
