Som RMA-ansvarlig i AV CENTER får du en central rolle i vores organisation, hvor du er ansvarlig for hele processen omkring defekte produkter, der både kommer ind fra installationssager, servicesager eller sendes direkte fra kunderne.

Vi lægger vægt på gode samarbejdsrelationer, at du er ansvarsbevidst og struktureret.

Vores arbejdsmiljø er uformelt og rart. Har du lyst til at blive en del af serviceteamet, så er du måske vores nye RMA-ansvarlige.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil være:

  • Sagsbehandling, herunder oprettelse, godkendelse og opfølgning på RMA-sager
  • Teknisk screening og vurdering af garanti, herunder fejlsøgning og test af hardware
  • Logistik og koordinering af forsendelser til kunder, producenter og leverandører
  • Sikre at kunderne modtager løbende er opdateret i deres sager.
  • Håndtering af fejlmeldinger i forskellige portaler
  • Koordinering på tværs af flere systemer og samarbejdspartnere
  • Fakturagodkendelse samt indhentning af tilbud på reparationer

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Er struktureret, detaljeorienteret og administrativt stærk
  • Trives med mange opgaver og kan bevare overblikket i en travl hverdag
  • Har gode koordineringsevner og kan arbejde selvstændigt
  • Erfaring med lignende opgaver

Det er en fordel, hvis du:

  • Har kendskab til Microbizz
  • Har erfaring med eller interesse for AV-udstyr
  • Har teknisk forståelse og erfaring med fejlsøgning
