Estamos em busca de um(a) Farmacêutico Oncológico para integrar nosso time! Procuramos um profissional pró ativo que queira fazer a diferença, contribuindo com seus conhecimentos para a eficiência, organização e excelência dos processos de produção da empresa.

Atividades:

  • Manipular a formulação de acordo com a prescrição e/ou supervisionar os procedimentos para que seja garantida a qualidade exigida;
  • Assegurar o cumprimento estrito dos Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs), normas da Garantia da Qualidade e boas práticas nas áreas de prescrição, higienização, manipulação, rotulagem e expedição.
  • Analisar e validar prescrições considerando dosagem, compatibilidade físico-química, via de administração, forma farmacêutica e nível de risco.
  • Gerar, conferir e arquivar mapas de trabalho, controlar registros operacionais e garantir o fluxo correto no sistema integrado de produção.
  • Conferir, assinar e autorizar a dispensação de medicamentos manipulados e de pronto uso.
  • Realizar e orientar a manipulação de medicamentos e supervisionar diretamente o trabalho dos técnicos em sala limpa.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Superior completo em Farmácia com CRF ativo e pós gradução em oncologia.
  • Experiência prévia no segmento de Oncologia.
  • Prática em manipulação de medicamentos para terapia oncológica.
  • Domínio em análise crítica de prescrições oncológicas.
