We're on a mission to bring the focus back to what truly matters, patient care. As the leading healthcare engagement platform, we're the heartbeat of an industry that impacts millions. With over 2 million providers connected to health plans and processing over 13 billion transactions annually, our influence is continually expanding.

We're transforming the healthcare landscape, solving communication challenges, and creating connections that empower the nation's premier healthcare ecosystem.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) supports revenue growth through a combination of outbound business development and ownership of select transactional opportunities. This role is responsible for generating qualified pipeline by proactively engaging prospective customers, conducting sales qualification activities, and advancing opportunities into the sales process.

The SDR partners closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to leverage account engagement data, Salesforce insights, AV360 intelligence, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prioritize target accounts and identify timely outreach opportunities. In addition to outbound prospecting, the SDR may manage assigned low-risk commercial opportunities, including low-dollar or no-dollar contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), renewals, and similar transactional engagements.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, commercially minded, highly organized, and motivated to build a successful career in sales. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Sponsorship, in any form, is not available for this position.

Why you want to work on this team:

  • You will have opportunities for career growth within Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and other go-to-market functions.
  • You will work with a collaborative, high-energy team that values innovation, accountability, and professional development.

To be qualified for this position, you have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, inside sales, or related customer-facing roles.
  • Experience conducting outbound prospecting through phone, email, social selling, and other outreach channels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple activities and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

You will set yourself apart if you have:

  • Experience selling within healthcare technology, healthcare services, or SaaS environments.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive prospecting efforts.
  • Experience identifying buying signals and qualifying opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence outcomes across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with contracts, Statements of Work, renewals, or transactional sales processes.
  • A desire to build a long-term career in sales and business development.

You will be:

Driving outbound sales development efforts

  • Executing outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
  • Generating meetings and qualified opportunities for Account Executives through targeted outreach.
  • Conducting discovery conversations to understand customer needs and business challenges.
  • Re-engaging dormant opportunities, historical leads, and existing customer contacts.
  • Maintaining prospecting activity levels and pipeline development targets.

Using data-driven account intelligence

  • Analyzing account engagement data, marketing activity, Salesforce insights, AV360 signals, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator intelligence.
  • Prioritizing target accounts and contacts based on customer engagement and buying signals.
  • Tailoring outreach strategies based on market intelligence and customer activity.
  • Maintaining account intelligence and customer interaction insights to support ongoing pipeline generation.

Managing assigned opportunities and SOWs

  • Independently managing assigned opportunities within established revenue and risk thresholds.
  • Coordinating low-dollar or no-dollar contracts, Statements of Work, amendments, and related commercial requests.
  • Gathering customer requirements and facilitating internal coordination to complete assigned opportunities.
  • Escalating opportunities that exceed established complexity, risk, or financial thresholds.
  • Tracking opportunities through completion and maintaining visibility into status, next steps, and outcomes.

Supporting sales intake and work routing

  • Reviewing incoming requests and identifying activities that may be more appropriately supported by shared services, offshore teams, Sales Operations, or other internal functions.
  • Providing recommendations to leadership regarding work allocation opportunities.
  • Assisting with the efficient transition and handoff of reassigned work.
  • Following established routing and operational processes.

Collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams

  • Supporting coordinated campaign follow-up activities.
  • Sharing insights regarding engagement trends, lead quality, conversion rates, and prospect feedback.
  • Partnering with Marketing to understand campaign performance and market priorities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
