Mit Standorten in Baden, Rothenburg, Muttenz und Chur sowie über 70 Mitarbeitenden betreut axelion Unternehmen aus KMU- und Gesundheitsumfeld ganzheitlich, von klassischer Infrastruktur bis zu Cloud-Plattformen.Deine Rolle In dieser Funktion arbeitest Du an vielseitigen Kundenumgebungen und bringst Dein Know-how gezielt ein - von Architektur über Umsetzung bis Betrieb. Deine wichtigsten Aufgaben Planen und umsetzen von ganzheitlichen ICT-Projekten (Microsoft Server & Clients, Microsoft 365, Cloud-Services, Netzwerk, Security) Übernehmen von Verantwortung in Projekten sowie Mitarbeit bei IT-Konzepten und Architekturdesigns Durchführen von ICT-Audits bei Kunden Analysieren und lösen von komplexen Störungen im Kundenumfeld Sicherstellen einer hohen Servicequalität mit Fokus auf Effizienz und Optimierung Proaktives Weiterentwickeln bestehender Kundenumgebungen Arbeiten mit Technologien wie Microsoft 365 / Azure, Virtualisierung & Backup , Monitoring & Security, Netzwerktechnologien (Routing, Switching, Firewalls, VPN) Dein Profil Höhere Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbar Weiterbildung Fundierte Erfahrung als IT-System Engineer im Microsoft-Umfeld Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (z. B. Routing, Switching, Security) Breites Verständnis von IT-Architekturen und Systemlandschaften Generalistischer Ansatz mit Vertiefung in System Engineering oder Netzwerk Freude an Analyse, Automatisierung und Optimierung von IT-Prozessen Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kundenorientierung Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse Was Dich erwartet Eine Rolle mit viel Eigenverantwortung und technischem Gestaltungsspielraum Spannende Kundenprojekte mit breitem Technologie-Spektrum Kombination aus Projektarbeit, Betrieb und Architektur Möglichkeit, Dich fachlich gezielt weiterzuentwickeln Kollegiales Umfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen Moderne Arbeitsmittel und flexible Arbeitsmodelle
