Et vous, quel sera votre rôle dans l’équipe ?

En tant que Project Manager au sein de la practice Digital Product and Services vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Appuyer l’équipe projet dans le bon déroulement et le succès d’un projet
  • Coordonner les activités et acteurs du projet afin de respecter les jalons
  • Suivre le planning, le budget et le périmètre, la satisfaction client et la qualité des livrables
  • Communiquer de façon régulière sur l’avancement, la gestion des risques et leur plan d’actions
  • Animer les différentes réunions de pilotage (Comité de pilotage, comité de suivi..)
  • Participer à la gestion des équipes (onshore & offshore)
  • Accompagner au changement auprès des différentes parties prenantes, clients et équipes Avanade

  • Analytique, organisé·e, rigoureux·se
  • Bonne capacité d’écoute, de synthèse et pédagogique
  • Prise d’initiative, force de proposition
  • Capacité d’adaptation à différents publics
  • Excellente communication écrite et orale
  • Aptitude à la résolution des conflits

Vous avez :

  • Un bon niveau d’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral (rédaction de documentation, animation d’ateliers)
  • Un Master en business/ économie / finances ou systèmes d’information
  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet sera appréciée
