Cosa farai:

· Architettura, progettazione, sviluppo e rilascio di soluzioni Analytics di livello enterprise basate sulle tecnologie Azure.

· Traduzione di requisiti aziendali in soluzioni tecniche, analisi di processi/procedure aziendali per identificare opportunità di business future

· Comunicazione diretta con clienti cross mercato di alto profilo per comprendere le loro esigenze e presentare soluzioni in line con i loro KPI

· Mentoring e punto di riferimento per colleghi più Jr del team, che supporterai e guiderai nella loro crescita professionale

· Sviluppo costante di competenze tecniche sulle tecnologie Azure, con conseguimento di certificazioni pertinenti

Gestione progettuale a più livelli:

o Responsabile della distribuzione del lavoro nel team

o Punto di contatto focale per il cliente verso il team di sviluppo

o Rendicontazione delle attività del team verso il cliente e i responsabili interni del progetto

o Supporto tecnico al team su attività più complesse

.

Competenze ed esperienze:

· Esperienza di almeno 7 anni o più su progetti data engineer, nella trasformazione di casi d'uso aziendali e requisiti in soluzioni tecniche

· Competenza nella mappatura di processi aziendali per l’analisi e la creazione di soluzioni di dati in ambito Azure

· Capacità di rendere i dati immediatamente accessibili da usare per analisi di routine/ad hoc

· Conoscenza di componenti Azure: Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, SQL DWH/Synapse/SQL Azure, Fabric

· Conoscenza base di PowerBI per attività di reportistica e creazione di dashboard

· Esperienza, nella gestione Team e interfaccia diretta con i Clienti · Disponibilità a lavorare in modalità Ibrida su Milano

· Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese

Nice to have: · Consideriamo un Plus l’esperienza in attività di integrazione con sistemi ERP, come Dynamics

Retribuzione:

La retribuzione in Avanade varia in base a un’ampia gamma di fattori, tra cui, ad esempio, il ruolo, il livello di seniority, il grado di responsabilità, le competenze e l’esperienza maturata. La posizione è inquadrata al livello 1/ Quadro del Contratto Collettivo Nazionale per i dipendenti da aziende del terziario, distribuzione e servizi e la fascia di retribuzione base prevista è compresa tra €43.000 e €72.000.
