Operador de Redes FTTH

Local de Trabalho: Guapimirim/RJ

Prestar suporte externo para atender demandas relacionadas a instalação de novos clientes e manutenções de conexão de rede através de um atendimento personalizado, com excelência, de forma clara, objetiva.

Principais Atividades e Responsabilidades:

  • Auxiliar na instalação FTTH;
  • Auxiliar no lançamento de cabos ópticos aéreos e subterrâneos;
  • Auxiliar na manutenção em rede FTTH, FTTC e UTP;
  • Auxilia em reparos de rede Backbone (Cabo principal de alimentação da rede);
  • Auxiliar na remoção de fios e cabos desativados;
  • Auxiliar na substituição dos conjuntos de emendas e caixas de terminal;
  • Zelar pela organização, limpeza e segurança na área em que trabalha;
  • Desenvolver relacionamento com o cliente, com foco na solução das demandas apresentadas;
  • Apoiar o cliente, orientar e direcionar afim de solucionar a falta de conexão, instabilidades na rede, garantindo o uso pleno do serviço contratado;
  • Sempre alerta para abertura de ordens comerciais sinalizadas pelo líder de mesa;
  • Reter clientes que desejam o cancelamento;
  • Realizar atividades diversas correlatas e da mesma natureza do cargo.

Formação:

  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • Desejável curtos de Rede FTTH;
  • Desejável curso NR35 e NR10;
  • Desejável curso técnico em informática;

Pré-requisitos:

  • CNH - Categoria B

Experiência:

  • Vivência com atendimento ao cliente;
  • Será um diferencial já ter atuado área de Telecom.

Conhecimentos:

  • Informática básica;
  • Digitação;
  • Desejável conhecimento básico em rede residencial.
