Voor onze klant A&B Partners in Genk zoekt Avance een Senior Accountant.

Jobomschrijving

Als Senior Accountant combineer je inhoudelijke expertise met coaching en financieel advies. Je speelt een belangrijke rol binnen het team en helpt cliënten om onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je stuurt junior accountants en boekhouders aan en ondersteunt hen in hun ontwikkeling.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van dossiers en zet de inhoudelijke lijnen uit volgens de kwaliteitsnormen van het kantoor.
  • Je analyseert financiële gegevens en vertaalt je inzichten naar praktisch en strategisch advies.
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en denkt mee over hun financiële vraagstukken.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van fiscale aangiften.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij fiscale controles.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s om dossiers correct en efficiënt op te volgen.

Je bent een ervaren accountant die nauwkeurig werkt, graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie haalt uit samenwerken en adviseren.

  • Je beschikt over een relevant diploma in TEW, handelsingenieur, handelswetenschappen of boekhouden.
  • Je hebt een ITAA-erkenning en minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands. Kennis van Engels of Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Exact Online en Silverfin. Kennis van Odoo is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je coacht graag collega’s en weet het beste uit je team te halen.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor zowel details als het bredere financiële plaatje.
  • Je communiceert helder en bouwt een goede relatie op met cliënten en collega’s.
