Avanceon is a leading industrial automation, digitalization, and energy management solutions provider, delivering innovative technologies and services across various industries worldwide. We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our Inside Sales team and gain hands-on experience in B2B sales and business development.

Position Overview

The Inside Sales Intern will support the sales team in lead generation, market research, customer engagement, and CRM management activities. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students to develop practical sales, communication, and business development skills in a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Inside Sales team in identifying and qualifying potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target industries.
  • Support lead generation activities through online research, databases, and networking platforms.
  • Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and customer proposals.
  • Coordinate with sales engineers and business development teams for follow-ups.
  • Monitor customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
  • Support the team in managing sales pipelines and tracking opportunities.
  • Participate in customer outreach campaigns via email and phone.
  • Perform other sales administration and support tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Currently enrolled in a BBA , preferably with a specialization in Marketing, Sales, Management, or Business Development.
  • Final-year students and fresh graduates awaiting degree completion are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
