MISSÃO DO CARGO: Prestar atendimento de excelência a clientes e parceiros, solucionando demandas com empatia, senso de urgência e foco na melhor experiência do usuário. Atuar de forma proativa na identificação e resolução de problemas, garantindo a continuidade dos serviços e a satisfação dos envolvidos. Colaborar ativamente com o time, promovendo engajamento, troca de conhecimento e melhoria contínua dos processos, sempre alinhado aos valores e objetivos da empresa.

· Realizar atendimento de primeiro nível a clientes e parceiros, por meio de canais como telefone, chat ou sistema de chamados.

· Registrar, acompanhar e atualizar chamados, garantindo organização e cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos, no caso de migrações e etiquetas.

· Identificar, analisar e solucionar problemas básicos de sistemas.

· Escalar demandas para N2 de suporte sempre que necessário, fornecendo informações completas e claras.

· Prestar orientações e esclarecimentos aos usuários, com empatia, cordialidade e foco na melhor experiência.

· Auxiliar na manutenção de procedimentos, manuais e base de conhecimento.

· Acompanhar indicadores de atendimento (SLA, tempo de resposta e satisfação do cliente).

· Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com a equipe, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos de suporte.

· Zelar pelo cumprimento das políticas, normas e boas práticas da empresa, e processos definidos.

ESCOLARIDADE: Ensino médio completo HABILIDADES TÉCNICAS: · Noções de hardware(instalação, configuração e manutenção básica de computadores e periféricos)

· Familiaridade com aplicações corporativas (e-mail, pacote Office/excel)

· Capacidade de registrar e documentar atendimentos de forma clara e objetiva.

· Experiencia com outros sistemas de gestão (diferencial)

· Noções de SLA, ITIL ou boas práticas de atendimento (diferencial).

· Conhecimento básico em suporte técnico de primeiro nível (N1) (diferencial)
